As the “General Partner” we find, analyze and close the deals. We put management in place and focus on improvements from day one. We hold it for a period of 5 years and in most cases* will sell it for a profit that we’ll share with you.
*Depending on the properties we end up acquiring, we may hold some properties for longer than 5 years, options will be presented at that time if the opportunity presents itself.

We understand that you entrust your hard-earned money to the syndicator to create a return for you. That’s why you want to know as much as possible about them. You want to trust that they can make you money. Try to get to know them, their team and what they stand for.

“When will I receive the money?”
Our investment period is 5-1-1 which means, 5 year hold and two (possible) one year extensions.
We plan on a preferred return of 8% annualized over period of 5 years. At the end of the 5th year we have set up a 70% LP and 30% GP split of the profits.
A common scenario in managing RV Resorts is to invest in a good CAPEX in each property within the first couple years, with the aim of increasing cash flow gradually, and then the big payout comes at the end when the property is sold or refinanced.
It’s your money, and you have goals and needs that are specific to you, so find an investment that works for you.
For example, maybe you want to retire in 10 years and want to increase your investment as much as possible. Or maybe you know you’ll have something else you’ll want the money to be available for in a few years and a shorter-term deal would be a better fit. For most deals, you can start investing with $50,000 - $100,000. Some real estate investment platforms will accept smaller investment amounts, but most private real estate syndications begin at a minimum investment of $50,000

Why should I invest in a RV Resorts Fund instead of a single family or a multi family property?
If you decide to invest in a RV Resorts Fund, you will receive a steady, passive income. With each RV sites in each RV Resorts generating revenues, the Fund will have constant flow of cash coming getting you a quarterly payment without the hassles of property ownership. And then, of course, you’ll generally get the most returns once the property is sold for a profit.
Historically, RV Resorts investing performs well in all kinds of economy. Sure, an economic downturn hits everyone, but during a recession there might be less transient guests, but there is often more long term guests trying to find a place to live and paying monthly fees, allowing the property to generate revenues, so that everyone continues to get a solid return on investment.
